Users agree to take full responsibility for their postings in the event of copyright infringement or legal disputes. All users of this site who submit any media (photos, videos, articles, comments, audio) certify that they have the right to post their media (ownership of the stated media), or the appropriate owners permission, and agree not to post illegal, profane, pornographic, or copyrighted material.

PSPATRIOTS.COM, ITS PARENT ORGANIZATIONS, BOARD MEMBERS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AFFILIATES, EXPRESSLEY DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, THE SERVICE(S) PROVIDED HEREUNDER, THE PSPATRIOTS WEBSITE OR ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO/FROM THE PSPATRIOT WEBSITE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE PSPATRIOTS.COM WEBSITE, IS PROVIDED "AS IS". YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR RISK.

The terms of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as long as the PSPATRIOTS.COM website is available/published on-line.
The Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Warranty Disclaimer and Miscellaneous Provisions shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
